Hardship Card) or I-20 with Curricular Practical Training endorsement on page 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your current I-20 endorsed by your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/international\/current-students\/advising\/\">International Advisor<\/a> and yourself on page one<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your current unexpired Passport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-bc-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background\">If You Already Have a Social Security Number<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have been issued a social security number in the U.S. in the past, you do not need to apply for a new social security card. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your social security number is not valid for employment, you do need to follow the guidelines to apply for a new card that will be valid for employment.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Social Security Number in itself does not make you eligible for employment while on an F-1 visa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you have approved Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), On-Campus Employment or an Employment Authorization Document from USCIS, you will also need to have a social security number.
