class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t\n<div class=\"body-section-content col-md-8\">\n\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Community Borrower Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Must be a King County resident aged 18 years or older who is not a current student or employee of Bellevue College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Community Borrowers may<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Borrow up to two items at a time, including physical books or DVDs\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search the <a href=\"https:\/\/sbctc-bellevuecollege.primo.exlibrisgroup.com\/discovery\/search?vid=01STATEWA_BELCC:BELLEVUE&amp;lang=en\">library\u2019s online catalog<\/a> to locate books and DVDs\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use public spaces <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Community Borrowers may not<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access the library\u2019s online databases, journals, or\u202feBooks remotely nor while visiting the campus\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Borrow any item on reserve\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserve or use study rooms which are restricted for Bellevue College students\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Community Borrower responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Present the Community\u202fBorrower Card and\u202fphoto\u202fID at each\u202flibrary\u202fcheck-out&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are\u202fsubject to\u202fthe\u202floan periods, due dates, renewals, fines, and replacement costs as reflected in\u202fthe\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/lmc\/about-us\/guidelines\/borrowing\/\">BC Library Borrowing Guidelines<\/a>\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must follow all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/lmc\/about-us\/guidelines\/library-expectations-on-conduct\/\">Library Expectations on Conduct<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To obtain a Community Borrower Card:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete the Community Borrower Agreement form\u202fin person at Bellevue College Library and provide\u202fphoto identification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptable photo ID includes:\u202f\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Current State\u202fdriver\u2019s license\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current state ID Card\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee\u202fID card\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passport\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A copy\u202fof the signed\u202fCommunity Borrower Agreement\u202fform\u202fwill be provided\u202fto\u202fthe\u202fcard applicant upon request<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The\u202fCommunity Borrower Card will be mailed to the card holder\u202fat the address listed on the agreement form\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once a borrower has received their card, they may borrow books and DVDs\u202f\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community Borrower\u202fCards are\u202fvalid\u202ffor one year from the date of
