It’s been hard to keep up with Dr. Jerry Weber, BC’s new president, who officially started his role Aug. 1. Here are just a few of the people he’s been meeting with.  


BC Hosts The BOOM Experience

More than 300 Bellevue School District students, staff, community members and leaders converged on the BC campus for The BOOM Experience, an all-day conference designed to support seventh- through 12th-grade male students who racially identify as African, Black, Hispanic, Latino, LatinX, Native American, Southeast Asian, Pacific Islander (or mix of any).


Dyer Named First-Team All-American in Volleyball

Averi Dyer

BC sophomore Averi Dyer was named a first-team Two-Year College All-American by the American Volleyball Coaches Association. Dyer, an outside hitter, helped the Bulldogs to the NWAC North Region title and a second-place finish in the 2017 NWAC Championships.


KBCS Recognized for Excellence in Reporting on Disabilities
