Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Workshop

The MBTI (Myers-Brigg Type Indicator) is based on a theory proposed by Carl Jung, who had speculated that people experience the world using 4 principal psychological functions – sensation, intuition, feeling and thinking – and that one of these four functions is dominant for a person most of the time. The four categories it is comprised of are Introversion/Extraversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, and Judging/Perception. Each person is said to have one preference quality from each category producing 16 unique types. Myer and Briggs (a mother-daughter team) further developed the theory and matched personality types to possible career choices.

This workshop will help you understand yourself, how you see the world and make decisions. It will help you understand why you interact with your peers in the way you do
