President of UPS Northwest District to speak at Bellevue College

WHAT: Nancy Koeper, president of the northwest district of UPS, will talk about the importance of leadership during a speech at Bellevue College. The event is sponsored by the BC’s Business Leadership Club and Associated Student Government, along with Eastern Washington University.

Koeper began her career at UPS as a driver in New Jersey in 1986. She quickly received a promotion into management, and has held various positions in divisions such as Package and Hub, Industrial Engineering and Sales and Marketing. In her current position, she oversees UPS operations in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming, the largest geographic UPS district, with 14,000 employees. She is responsible for delivery operations, customer relationship management, and revenue management of nearly $2 billion annually.
