He is formally a Professor of the Computer Science program with a specialization in Game Development. He currently utilizes his experience to create automation tools and experiences for the upcoming XR Media Space at Renton Technical College, RTC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Will has had a variety of jobs, including being a Cheesemaker for Beecher&#8217;s Cheese, before graduating with a BAS in Application Development from RTC. From there he would be a part of a Grant awarded team for Oculus Launchpad, where he was a gameplay programmer and animator for a Japanese Language Learning app. He would then become a Lead Professor for the Computer Science night program, followed by the eLearning Admin for RTC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Will loves the immersive nature of XR and sees the future of it&#8217;s use in education. Being neurodivergent, ADHD, and extremely hands on, he knows the value that XR can bring to any subjects.
