Sam Cryan joined the BC Science Division faculty in Spring 2024 and is one of the guides through the fascinating world of Oceanography at Bellevue College. His academic background is in oceanography\u00a0\u2013\u00a0focusing on the chemicals produced by plankton and their effect on the ocean’s carbon and nitrogen cycles. He has a Bachelor\u2019s degree from Princeton University and a Master\u2019s degree from University of Washington\u2019s School of Oceanography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
