Students in the Introduction to Communications course participated in a small group activity during class time developing a poster explaining the differences between aggressive, non-assertive, passive aggressive, and assertive communication styles.
Knowing the difference between the different types of communication styles will help the students better understand the communication process and how to participate effectively.
