Annual MLK Service Project

Yesterday was our annual MLK Service Project making blankets for Seattle Children’s Hospital. OLS students, faculty, and staff gathered on campus and made a total of 12 fleece blankets that will be delivered to Seattle Children’s Hospital and given to children staying in the hospital. Some of our students have been patients at Seattle Children’s and know first-hand how comforting and meaningful items like these blankets can be.

Over the past ten years, our students have made over 150 blankets. Way to go, OLS!

Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’
