Currently, I serve as the Workforce Development Program Manager with the OLS program at Bellevue College. I\u2019m passionate about building strong, supportive relationships with young adults and take great pride in helping students identify their strengths, discover their passions, and pursue meaningful career paths.<br>\u00a0<br>What motivates me most is watching students grow in confidence as they take on new challenges and build skills that prepare them for life beyond the classroom. I\u2019m especially committed to fostering inclusive environments where neurodiverse students feel seen, valued, and empowered.<br>\u00a0<br>Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest through hiking, camping, and skiing.
