In my role, I have the privilege of supporting students as they work toward their goals\u2014and I truly love what I do. I was born and raised in sunny California, spent some time living in Texas, and now happily call the beautiful Pacific Northwest home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before stepping into this position, I was a teacher for several years, and that experience continues to shape how I approach my work every day. I believe all students can thrive when learning environments are inclusive, supportive, and built around their strengths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside of work, you can usually find me planning my next travel adventure, curled up with a good book, or enjoying a moment of calm through meditation. I\u2019m a big fan of pastries, coffee <em>and<\/em> tea (depending on the mood), trying new foods, and watching a great documentary\u2014especially when I get to enjoy these things with my family.
