The Leadership Institute’s mission is to engage students in development for the advancement of leadership excellence based on the core values of Skill development; Character development; Public Service, Civic Responsibility; Ethical Conduct; Empowerment of others; Social Justice; and Diversity and Pluralism.

Our goals are to educate the student body about leadership and provide students with the skills they need to succeed not only in class but their careers and lives as active members in their community.
