Children of students, staff and faculty, and community members are served on a space-available basis in the early learning center. Priority is given to children of students enrolled at Bellevue College or EWU @ BC, enrolled in six (6) or more credits, Bellevue College employees, and to children of Costco employees per the Bellevue College\/Costco partnership agreement.
