I regularly teach PSYC&amp; 100 General Psychology, PSYC 202 Physiological Psychology, and PSYC 225 Drugs and Behavior. I have a bachelor&#8217;s degree in psychology from the University of Washington, Tacoma and a master\u2019s degree in Psychological Sciences from Northern Arizona University. My research experience includes quantitative and qualitative research examining psychological and social factors that influence our responses to stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size\">Since the beginning of my teaching career in 2016, I have been committed to promoting educational equity and access, especially for students from historically marginalized communities. I have also been involved in outreach efforts aimed to enhance participation in STEM education.
