For full policy see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/policies\/id-6230\/\">6230 DRIVER SAFETY PROGRAM<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Authorization Process: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supervisors should contact <a href=\"mailto:melody.sierra@bellevuecollege.edu\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"mailto:melody.sierra@bellevuecollege.edu\">Public Safety Program Coordinator<\/a> with the names of individuals needing to drive vehicles owned or operated in an official capacity for the Bellevue College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potential Drivers will be sent an email with the relevant documentation and instructions on the authorization process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-bc-blue-color has-css-opacity has-bc-blue-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There will be three documents to sign and email back along with a copy of their current <strong>Driver License<\/strong> and <strong>Proof of Insurance<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2026\/09\/DOL-Release-of-Interest-Form.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2026\/09\/DOL-Release-of-Interest-Form.pdf\">Department of Licensing Release of Interest Form<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2026\/09\/Authorized_Driver_Acknowledgement-Form-Sign-1.pdf\">Authorized Driver Acknowledgement Form<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2026\/09\/BC_Driver_Training_and_Authorization_form-Sign-2.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2026\/09\/BC_Driver_Training_and_Authorization_form-Sign-2.pdf\">BC Driver Training and Authorization Form<\/a> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And two to read and keep for their records:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2026\/09\/State_Driver_Standards-Keep-2.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2026\/09\/State_Driver_Standards-Keep-2.pdf\">State Driver Standards<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2026\/09\/Enterprise_Transportation_Policy-Keep-1.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2026\/09\/Enterprise_Transportation_Policy-Keep-1.pdf\">Enterprise-Wide Transportation Policy<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-bc-blue-color has-css-opacity has-bc-blue-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mayflower-blocks-row row\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-mayflower-blocks-column col-md-4\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the driver&#8217;s record has been verified, they will be assigned the driver training modules through the college&#8217;s training platform, Vector Solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are three modules.
