RISE Learning Institute & Center for Career Connections<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Located within: Connected Learning<\/a><\/p>\n\t\t\t

The RISE Learning Institute, part of the Connected Learning Division, works across Bellevue College and with the surrounding community to implement High Impact Practices in teaching and learning. These practices have been shown to help students identify, articulate, build, and apply their strengths.

By fostering Research, Innovation, Service, and Experiential Learning (RISE), we help students develop skills to succeed during and after their time at Bellevue College.

High Impact Practices (HIPs) and RISE’s Approach<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>
The RISE Learning Institute partners with faculty, students, and community members to implement High Impact Practices (HIPs)<\/strong>, evidence-based teaching and learning strategies that enhance student learning and engagement. Among the various HIPs, RISE focuses on Research, Project-Based Learning, Community-Engaged\/Civic Education, and Career Connections.<\/p>\n \n\n
