These communities serve as a platform for faculty to engage in meaningful dialogue, share resources, and collaborate on projects that enhance the educational experience at Bellevue College.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper alignstandard\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Some of These Programs Include:<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper alignstandard\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The&nbsp;<strong>B<\/strong>ellevue&nbsp;<strong>U<\/strong>nder<strong>G<\/strong>raduate&nbsp;<strong>R<\/strong>esearch&nbsp;<strong>G<\/strong>roup (BUGR)<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper alignstandard\">\n<p>That\u2019s right: it\u2019s pronounced \u201cbooger.\u201d And its motto is \u201clearning that sticks.\u201d This community of practice is being revived after a short hiatus.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper alignstandard\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Statewide HIP-Related Communities of Practice (CoP)<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper alignstandard\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/view\/wacure\/about\">The&nbsp;<em>Washington Consortium for Undergraduate Research and Equity<\/em>&nbsp;(WA CURE)<\/a> is a statewide consortium funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF IUSE 2336652) that operates across the 34 community and technical colleges in Washington State (WA).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper alignstandard\">\n<p>Their approach integrates undergraduate research within a regular course format, which they call Course-Based Undergraduate Research Experiences (CUREs).
