Check with your high school to see if they have recently added this class as a high school graduation requirement for you.<br>For more information please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/fys\/fys-faq\/\">FYS Frequently Asked Questions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can a RS Advisor Help You?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive help in creating an Education Plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the requirements needed for a Transfer Associates Degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn how to transfer AP\/IB exam credits or college credits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review your progress in completing high school<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive help in planning your enrollment for an upcoming quarter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not create a 2 year plan of classes but will help the student understand how to prioritize class selection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meet our RS Advisors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lina Huang<\/strong>: <a href=\"mailto:lina.huang@bellevuecollege.edu\">lina.huang@bellevuecollege.edu<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jane Barry<\/strong>: <a href=\"mailto:jane.barry@bellevuecollege.edu\">jane.barry@bellevuecollege.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can email one of our RS Advisors with questions, but remember:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must use your BC email account &#8211; not your personal email or from your canvas account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must include your ctcLink student ID number in your email. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What To Do Before Scheduling Your Advising Appointment:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>New students must complete all admissions steps.<\/strong> For questions about the admission process contact us using this email: <a href=\"mailto:runningstartnewstudent@bellevuecollege.edu\">runningstartnewstudent@bellevuecollege.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meet with your high school counselor. <\/strong>Before you meet with an educational RS advisor you must review your high school graduation requirements and understand what you still need to earn your high school diploma. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Obtain your course equivalency guide from your high school counselor.<\/strong> This guide explains what BC courses fulfill your remaining high school graduation requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You can schedule an appointment no more than three weeks (21 days) in advance. If you do not see available appointments, please check back often for openings as they occur. You can also email a RS Advisor using the email addresses listed above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After you schedule an appointment, we send you an email confirmation.
