How to forward your BC email to another email address


Instructions for forwarding your BC email to a non-BC account


  • Log into the Outlook Web App  (
  • Open the Options menu in the upper-right corner
  • Choose “See all options”
  • You will be prompted to log in again
  • From the list on the left side, choose “Organize E-Mail”
  • In the Inbox rules, click New
  • In “When the message arrives,” choose “Apply to all  messages”
  • In “Do the following,” choose “Redirect the message to”
  • In the new window, type the target email address in “Message recipients” on the bottom
  • Click “OK”
  • Click “Save”

That’s all. Your BC email will now be forwarded to another email address.
