ctcLink does NOT require a PIN. This form should ONLY be used if you need your PIN to access your unofficial transcript for enrollment prior to Fall 2021. Typically, your PIN was set to your date of birth in the form MMDDYY, by default. Before you submit this request, please try using the default PIN. If that doesn't work, then you should submit this form with a scan or copy of photo identification that clearly shows your name, data of birth and photo.
