Students who wish to repeat a course to improve their skills , course grade, or grade point average (GPA) may ask that the lowest grade be removed from the GPA calculation using this form.
The college removes the lowest grade from the GPA calculation and inserts a repeat indicator (R) next to the grade removed from the calculation. This means the lowest grade is still visible on the transcript, but is not included in the GPA calculation. This applies to courses that were repeated, but in which the grade earned was lower or equal to the original grade.
Please do not submit this form until the classes you list are visible on your transcript.
