Frank has served as the Chair of the Business Management Program and the Marketing Management Program at Bellevue Community College in Bellevue, WA. In addition to his administrative and programmatic duties, he instructs and has developed business and legal courses for a number of bachelor&#8217;s programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frank holds an Associate Degree in Science and Engineering from Henry Ford College, a bachelor degree in economics from the University of Michigan, MBA from City University, and his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law where he focused on intellectual property, antitrust, and business and commercial law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frank has held various management and leadership positions in academia, government, and the private sector, both for profit and non-profit. He has held a number of management positions including the executive level. These include vice president for counseling, training, and development within regional and national private consulting firms; Associate State Director for the Hawaii Small Business Development Center at the University of Hawaii and State Director for the New Mexico Small Business Development Center Network at Santa Fe Community College; and Project Officer for the U.S. Small Business Administration Region X in Seattle, WA. In these capacities, he has guided and played a management role within literally hundreds of client businesses, including small, medium, and larger firms. He especially enjoyed instructing an MBA capstone course in China at Beijing Technological University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frank\u2019s main research interests are entrepreneurship, business planning, business operations, intellectual property, business ethics and law, strategic management, and alternate dispute resolution.
