I am married and the mom of two adult daughters who no longer live at home but still keep me busy in their own way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have spent more than 15 years leading teams, organizing operations, solving problems, and helping nonprofits and restaurants run smoothly. HR, marketing, administration, strategic planning&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2026 all the behind\u2011the\u2011scenes things that keep people and projects moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I am not working, I\u2019m outside, reading, or doing yoga.
