She is currently a Sr. Adjunct Professor at Bellevue College for Business courses such as Introduction to Business (BUS&amp; 101), Human Resource Management (BUS 221), Applied Principles of Management (BUS 223), Organizational Behavior (BUS 120), and Project Management (BUS 230).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joan is an experienced business professional with over 25 years of leading programs and managing people to meet overall organizational objectives. Her cross-cultural knowledge and ability to collaborate with virtual teams and leadership around the globe has been recognized with internal company leadership.
