At Picsart, a top-20 global mobile app with over one billion downloads and more than 150 million monthly active users, she directed content strategy and programming across its global creative platform.&nbsp; Ani also led the Los Angeles innovation unit at OMD, one of the world&#8217;s leading media agency networks, collaborating with brands including Apple, Sony Pictures, and Warner Bros. Her experience extends into entrepreneurship, having served as managing director of Impact Hub Los Angeles, where she developed programs for a community of more than 300 entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, she is the founder of Trace Narrative Studio, where she combines research, strategic storytelling, and AI-powered workflows to help organizations navigate complexity and change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ani previously taught at Woodbury University and the American University of Armenia. She holds a master&#8217;s degree in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University.
