Available positions:

FRONT DESK

Bellevue College Housing provides safe, inclusive, and educationally-driven living and learning environments to Bellevue College students through quality facilities, academically-relevant support services, and intentional engagement with staff and resources.

Desk Attendants (DAs) are selected to provide general housing services to residents.

As managed by the Residence Life Coordinator and Director of Housing, the DA assumes an administrative role in the development of a respectful community within the Residence Hall. DAs are expected to demonstrate effective communication skills, time management skills, an appreciation for differing viewpoints, willingness to accept responsibility, and a sincere interest in helping others.

  • Adding money for student printing accounts
  • Purchasing movie tickets
  • Renting a bicycle for the day or quarter
  • Making a Student ID card
  • Reserving rooms for club meetings
  • Helping with the Student Programs food pantry

AFFINITY GROUP PROGRAM COORDINATOR – note – positions CLOSED

The Affinity Group Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of the affinity group, monitoring the budget, coordinating programs and events, publicity, and implementing day-to-day activities.  The coordinator is responsible to the Office of Student Programs and other constituents as a representative of the Programs.  The Coordinator represents and advocates on behalf of the affinity group, promotes its culture and events, and furthers inclusion.
