{"id":11672,"date":"2016-03-22T15:50:18","date_gmt":"2016-03-22T22:50:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/sustainability\/?p=11672"},"modified":"2016-03-22T15:50:18","modified_gmt":"2016-03-22T22:50:18","slug":"bellevue-bicycle-lane-open-house-march-23rd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/sustainability\/2016\/03\/22\/bellevue-bicycle-lane-open-house-march-23rd\/","title":{"rendered":"Bellevue Bicycle Lane Open House March 23rd!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Come support bicycle infrastructure alongside other members of the Bellevue College community on <strong>Tuesday March 23rd from 5 pm to 7 pm at Bellevue City Hall! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The City of Bellevue Transportation Department has been working hard to propose 57 miles of bicycle facility improvements including 2 miles of off-street path, 24 miles of separated bicycle lanes, 13 miles of conventional bike lanes, and 18 miles of shared roadway.<\/p>\n<p>The Transportation Commission members will use open house feedback, and the input received on the\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapping.com\/wikimap\/bike.html\"><span style=\"color: #0563c1\">online interactive wikimap<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0 <\/span><\/span> to inform upcoming budget recommendations for citywide investments in bicycling infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>This impacts Bellevue College because there will be more bike friendly ways to access the campus, and improves overall bike infrastructure in our city.
