Attention all Instructors! It is time for student evaluations. \u00a0Instead of printing out multiple forms, we can save paper by using the online course evaluations!<\/p>\n
Faculty must choose to participate in this process each quarter to activate the program.<\/p>\n
To choose to \u201cOpt In\u201d, go to https:\/\/bellevuecollege.edu\/ClassEval\/manage\/default.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n \u00a0Choose \u201cEducators\u201d access, and type in your Employee ID number (EID) and PIN when prompted.\u00a0 This is the information that you use to access your Instructor Briefcase.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t know your EID and PIN, please contact Human Resources at 425-564-2274 for assistance.<\/p>\n Search for the classes you want to have evaluated from the drop down list.\u00a0 Put a check in the box located next to the classes you want evaluated.\u00a0 Once you have selected all of the classes, click on the \u201copt-in\u201d button at the top or bottom of the page.\u00a0 If you have done this correctly, the words \u201cOpt-In\u201d next to your classes should turn green.\u00a0 You are all set to go and can now log out.<\/p>\n Student access will be opened up on Monday, February 13 at 9 a.m. and closed on Monday, March 19 at 4 p.m<\/strong>.\u00a0Please remind your students about the deadline as the evaluations must be turned off before the finals.\u00a0<\/p>\n Please contact Susan Hampson susan.hampson@bellevuecollege.edu<\/a> if you have any questions.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Attention all Instructors!
