Thursday, May 23rd, 3:00-5:30, Olallie Trail <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bike Rental\/Helmets Available (10 bikes available+ Max 15 Riders)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Join the BC Wellness Center and others for a group ride along the Olallie Trail.<\/a> Learn about the skills and equipment needed to make trail riding your new outdoor passion. Participants will sign up online and meet at the trailhead for a group ride and instruction. Bikes and helmets are available, or you can bring your own. An information email with a packing list and event overview will be sent a week prior to the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sign Up Online<\/a>, choose the link below based on your Bike needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n May 28th<\/sup> C Courtyard 11am-1pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n Join us to learn about the basics of bicycle maintenance and safe riding practices, to hone your existing knowledge, or to learn how to get started in cycling.
