That spring, we started sleeping outdoors. We didn&#8217;t go back inside. What with Papa. Harriet got cholera. Beth got Married. Hannah began bundling. Abigail got drunk. Lying on the dirt, facing the sky, we started saying sentences to each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This coming of age drama with music tells the story of a family of sisters in Massachusetts, as they navigate the loss of one sister to death, and another to marriage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wednesday September 23<sup>rd<\/sup>&nbsp;6:00-9:00 in the StopGap theatre (E101)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please prepare a 1-2 minute dramatic monologue. Highly sensitive, chronically ill, brilliantly dictatorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BEATRICE &#8211; 18. The introvert. Verbally apprehensive, creative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HANNAH &#8211; 17. The conformist. Devout and content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BONNIE &#8211; 16. In great dental pain. Low-maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ABIGAIL &#8211; 15. The romantic. Constantly, irrationally optimistic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THE OTHERS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MARCY &#8211; 18. Sexually precocious. A prankster. Much discussed in town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DENNIS &#8211; 17. Sexually un-precocious. Works at his father&#8217;s tavern. Harmless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NADINE &#8211; 27. Formerly wealthy and currently sad. Not accustomed to this dirt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GEORGIA &#8211; 19. A stranger running through darkness from darkness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">People of all identities are encouraged to audition. Once cast, you are required to register for the production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Auditions you will be presented with a schedule that includes the last two weeks of technical production.
