Wednesday, September 23rd<\/sup> 6:00 PM PST – 9:00 PM PST in the StopGap theatre (E101)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please prepare a 1-2 minute dramatic monologue. It may be classical or contemporary. Please  time your monologue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please visit the Sisters on the Ground Audition Sign Up<\/a> to sign up for an audition slot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please fill out this Audition Form<\/a> where you can upload your headshot and resume by Tuesday September 22nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please also bring a paper copy of your headshot and resume with you to the audition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Callbacks will be on Thursday September 24th<\/sup> from 6:00-10:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Character breakdown:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE SISTERS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BETH – 21. The realist. Stoic. The oldest living sister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HARRIET – 19. The revolutionary. Highly sensitive, chronically ill, brilliantly dictatorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BEATRICE – 18. The introvert. Verbally apprehensive, creative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HANNAH – 17. The conformist. Devout and content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BONNIE – 16. In great dental pain. Low-maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABIGAIL – 15. The romantic. Constantly, irrationally optimistic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE OTHERS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MARCY – 18. Sexually precocious. A prankster. Much discussed in town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DENNIS – 17. Sexually un-precocious. Works at his father’s tavern. Harmless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NADINE – 27. Formerly wealthy and currently sad. Not accustomed to this dirt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GEORGIA – 19. A stranger running through darkness from darkness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a class. Once cast, you are required to register for the production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Auditions you will be presented with a schedule that includes the last two weeks of technical production. All cast members are required to be there for the last two weeks and all of the performances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once cast we take into consideration conflicts until those last two weeks, and a specific schedule will be confirmed with the cast in the first rehearsal. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
