Employees are obligated to&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/about-us\/report-concerns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">report<\/a> all forms of sex-based discrimination including sexual harassment. Submitting a report does not automatically initiate an investigation. A report to the police goes to the law enforcement agency where the incident occurred. If you ask for a copy, the first thing that will happen is you will receive a copy of what you&#8217;ve submitted. If you do not ask for a copy, you will receive an automated reply saying that your report has been received.&nbsp;After that, several different things can happen depending on your role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are reporting about someone other than yourself:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mayflower-blocks-collapsibles accordion\" id=\"accordion_44728950-d41d-40f7-9a4c-f105955b9d84\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-mayflower-blocks-collapse card bg-primary text-bg-primary\n\t\t text-white\"><div class=\"card-header\" id=\"heading_69c73fff-1314-4170-b848-a5db182640f9\"><h4 class=\"mb-0\"><button class=\"btn collapsed text-white\" type=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse_69c73fff-1314-4170-b848-a5db182640f9\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse_69c73fff-1314-4170-b848-a5db182640f9\"><strong>1. Understandably, this&nbsp;can be frustrating at times. This may take longer than you might expect.
