The business session will begin at 2:00 PM. This meeting will be conducted both in-person in B201 and remotely via Zoom. Each speaker is allotted up to two minutes. The Board does not respond to questions or comments during this time, as operational matters are delegated to the college president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public comments may be provided in one of three ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In-person<\/strong>: Sign up on the public comment sheet located at the entrance to the meeting room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remote<\/strong>: Use the \u201cRaise Hand\u201d feature in Zoom to indicate your intent to speak. The Board will also meet in closed session to discuss collective bargaining negotiations. Pursuant to <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.leg.wa.gov\/rcw\/default.aspx?cite=42.30&amp;full=true#42.30.140\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RCW 42.30.140(4)(a)<\/a>, these matters are not subject to the Open Public Meetings Act.
