Upon acceptance into the program students will be required to submit copies of their immunization records. The information below only provides an overview.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/56\/2013\/12\/immunizations.pdf\">For more detailed information check the Immunization Checklist [PDF]. <\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tetanus Diphtheria Vaccine within the past 10 yrs.<\/li>\n<li>Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) Immunization or positive MMR titer result<\/li>\n<li>Hepatitis B 3 doses and positive Hep B titer result or signed declination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Choosing not to get Hepatitis B vaccination, may impact our ability to assign you to clinical sites.
