The Health &amp; Physical Education Department is sponsoring two exciting workout sessions open to faculty, staff, and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What: Pound Rock-out Workout is a music-driven, drumming-inspired workout. Drumsticks provided along with high-energy music and step-by-step instructions for a great workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When: Wednesday, May 17th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two sessions offered. (Please only sign-up for one session. There is a limit of 15 per session)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Session 1: 11:30am-12:20pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session 2: 12:30pm-1:20pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Where: G-Building, Room: G-110<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration Required.
