He is now a Lead Developer with\u00a0MXTReality\u00a0and continues to work part time with the XR Lab as the Coordinator and XR Application Developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cI\u2019ve always been interested in Virtual Reality, but the thing that really sold me on pursuing a career in VR application development is VRET (Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy) and its effectiveness in treating PTSD.
