About Me
Dr. Amy Kinsel is Dean of the Connected Learning Division at Bellevue College. She works with the associate deans, directors, and division operations manager to support all programs, faculty, and staff in the division. A native of the Pacific Northwest who is committed to the open access mission of Bellevue College, Dr. Kinsel has over 20 years of experience in the Washington community college system in instruction, faculty leadership, and higher education administration.
