About Ailsa
Ailsa is a Learning & Development professional with a passion for learning experience design, marketing, business innovation and people development. Prior to joining the Marketing and Digital Marketing program at Bellevue College, Ailsa served as the Business Department Chair and Professor at Shoreline Community College for seven years. She has an MBA in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. With 20 years’ experience in business, Ailsa has worked in a variety of industries and is grateful for the opportunity to share her experience with students. Ailsa is a dedicated lifelong learner and loves to travel. She enjoys sharing her experiences and learning as a business coach and content creator.
