About Lars
Lars Ojukwu is a business and program leader whose experience spans education, technology, and service-driven organizations. His work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, operations, and human-centered design, with a focus on helping large, people-centered organizations adopt emerging technologies in practical, responsible ways.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and Chinese from Williams College and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Throughout his career, he has worked across startups, mid-sized companies, international organizations, and multinational enterprises, gaining a broad perspective on leadership, innovation, and organizational change.
In addition to teaching, Lars works at Expedia Group, where he supports initiatives grounded in the belief that travel is a force for good. Across every role he has held, he has been drawn to missions that are larger than himself and that create meaningful opportunities for others. For that reason, he views education as one of society’s most important endeavors and is passionate about helping students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
