Trustee Fukutaki moved that the Board of Trustees of Community College District VIII approves the creation of Policy 4460: Consensual Romantic or Sexual Relationships Between Faculty, Staff, and/or Students. Trustee Dietzel seconded.

The motion passed unanimously.
