The Bellevue College food truck serves a variety of fresh breakfast and lunch options Monday to Friday 8 AM to 2 PM. (breakfast is served 8 AM to 10 AM). Menu options include English muffin breakfast sandwiches, quesadillas, burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, fish & chips, chicken strips, fries, corn dogs, and beverages. Vegan options are also available for English muffin breakfast sandwiches, burgers, and grilled cheese sandwiches.
*Hours may differ during finals week and between quarters. Cash and gift cards not accepted.
