The Bellevue College food truck will be open Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during summer quarter, serving a variety of fresh breakfast and lunch options.
Breakfast Menu | 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

- Egg and cheese sandwich
- Egg, cheese and ham sandwich
- Egg, cheese and sausage sandwich
- Hash brown patties
- Regular drip coffee
- Muffins
- Bagels and cream cheese
Lunch Menu | 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Grab and go rotating menu of salads and sandwiches
- Burgers: cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, BBQ grilled chicken burger, chicken burger, Impossible burger
- Sandwiches: grilled cheese, grilled vegan cheese
- Fish and chips, chicken strips with fries
- Sides: fries, corn dogs
