I am very excited to join the Bellevue College Student Program department as the Project Development Intern supporting Deric Gruen and his team of Sustainability Interns. My role is to encourage employee outreach programs at Bellevue College. Projects are already underway and soon these projects will be a cornerstone of our efforts in promoting a culture of sustainability at Bellevue College. I look forward to serving my school!
Outside of school, my interests and hobbies includes: cooking, reading, photography, playing video games, and spending quality playtime with my cats Keiko and Spidy.

Joanna Schade
My name is Joanna Schade, I am the Bellevue College Sustainability Data Intern. My part of the team is to manage data. Presently I am updating a spreadsheet called the Carbon Audit Report; this report will give the Bellevue College Campus a baseline of the current carbon footprint, in addition I manage and maintain the Sustainability Database. This is a great internship experience, the internship directly relates to the Information Systems – Database Administration field I am studying here at BC, and working as a part of a team to create a sustainable future.

Hi Everyone!
I’m Bellevue College’s Sustainability Marketing and Communications Intern. My part on the internship team is to recruit on-campus support from students through different marketing (including Facebook, Twitter, different on-campus clubs, etc.). I’ve been working on the transportation survey that was released to students and employees last week.
