Bellevue College and Hopelink Travel Programs are bringing Metro’s ORCA To-Go to campus Monday, September 23rd & Tuesday, September 24th from 9am-2pm!

You can take care of all your ORCA card business at the ORCA To-Go mobile sales, right on the spot. Cash, checks and major credit cards accepted for payment.

Regional Reduced Fare Permit (RRFP)

The Regional Reduced Fare Permit entitles riders age 65 or older, riders with a disability of any age, and Medicare card holders to reduced fares on public transportation systems in the Puget Sound region.

Disability RRFPs are issued in person only. Persons under 65 who qualify for a permit due to a disability must have their picture taken for the permit when it is issued. Please check to see if you meet the qualifications at http://metro.kingcounty.gov/tops/accessible/reduced_fare_permit.html.

Come prepared!

  1. Have cash, credit, check or money order for $3 made payable to Metro Transit
  2. Completed application form
  3. Photo identification

Attached you will find the RRFP information and the application. If you meet the qualifications please come prepared on September 23rd and 24th and ORCA To-Go staff can take your photo and process your application.
