November was a big month for SSA. Henry Lavallee, ASG’s Environmental and Sustainability representative helped coordinate a “Teen Feed” night, as well as a campus-wide food drive to restore the diminishing supply in the campus food pantry.
SSA’s team of Bellevue College volunteers helped feed underprivileged teens at Bellevue’s Boys and Girls Club. Many young students in our local community utilize the support of organizations like the Boys and Girls club. BC’s team cooked and served dishes, danced and played games with the kids.
Henry Lavallee says getting a group together to volunteer is something he wants to do every month. He invites anyone who wants to support the movement by signing up and joining him and other volunteers next month! To get involved contact: asgenvir@bellevuecollege.edu
