New ORCA LIFT Application Portal for College & University Students
King County Metro and Public Health Seattle & King County offers a new option for college students to register online for ORCA LIFT card. ORCA LIFT is a program to reduce fare on bus, light rail, streetcar or water taxi in King County for low income residents. The new online application portal will help reach more students and make the application more accessible. To apply, visit https://orcalift.dynamics365portals.us/orca-lift-form/ and fill out the information required. King County Metro and Public Health Seattle & King County will review the applications and approve based on the information provided by applicants
