Thinking about stepping into a leadership role in healthcare? BC’s Healthcare Management & Leadership program is designed to help you get there. It’s 100% online with flexible, on-demand lectures and assignments—plus, it’s affordable! Out-of-state students can qualify for in-state tuition with our waivers. You can earn a Bachelor of Applied Science with a general focus or specialize in radiation and imaging management. We also offer a 15-credit certificate option. Choose to study full-time or part-time, and start in either the Spring or Fall.

Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Healthcare Management and Leadership – General Healthcare Management Concentration
This program is designed for people who already have some background in business or healthcare and are ready to take the next step in their careers. It helps you build the knowledge and leadership skills needed to move into management roles in the healthcare field. Whether you’re aiming for a promotion or looking to switch into healthcare management, this degree gives you the tools to stand out.
Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Healthcare Management and Leadership – Radiation and Imaging Management Concentration
If you’re already working in radiation or imaging and want to grow your career, this program is for you. It’s tailored to help professionals step into leadership and management roles within the healthcare system. You’ll gain both the technical understanding of healthcare operations and the leadership skills needed to move up the ladder.
Healthcare Management and Leadership – Certificate of Completion
The Healthcare Management and Leadership certificate is a great option for students and working professionals looking to build leadership skills and understand the business side of healthcare. You’ll choose three courses (15 credits total) from the HCML core, so you can tailor the program to match your experience and career goals.
