As many of you are logging online for your courses in the coming days, we want to make sure you are aware of the technological resources available to help you stay connected to the campus:

Benefits Hub at Bellevue College: Students can make requests for computers, financial assistance and food through our coaches.

ctcLink Help for Students: ctcLink offers a central location to manage and track your education. Find and register for classes, pay tuition and fees, update personal details, check your degree progress, and more.

Microsoft Teams: Allows for chat, video conferencing, file sharing and more. All Bellevue College students currently have access to Teams. Please visit these Knowledge Base articles (KB) for training and information: https://teams.microsoft.com/

Microsoft Office: The college has provided licensing for all current students to install Office 2019 on their personal devices – the following link details the installation process: Directions on installing Microsoft Office on personal computers

InterConnection: The nonprofit technology access organization InterConnection is offering refurbished laptops starting at $109 for low-income residents. You can register and purchase at connectall.org.

Xfinity WiFi Free for Everyone: Xfinity WiFi hotspots located in businesses and outdoor locations across the country is available to anyone who needs them for free – including non-Xfinity Internet subscribers. For a map of Xfinity WiFi hotspots, visit xfinity.com/wifi. Once at a hotspot, consumers should select the “xfinitywifi” network name in the list of available hotspots and then launch a browser.
