The Criminal Justice program at Bellevue College is an interdisciplinary social science approach involving the study of crime and societal responses to it. The program of study offered through the criminal justice program provides students with knowledge of the components of criminal justice system (i.e., law enforcement, court systems, corrections) and stages within the criminal justice process. The curriculum includes coursework in: criminal justice and criminology; law enforcement and criminal justice ethics; criminal and constitutional law; and written, verbal, non-verbal and intercultural communications.
Past Bellevue College graduates are currently employed in the Washington State Patrol and municipal and county law enforcement agencies throughout the Northwest.
Those currently working in the criminal justice field can take pride in helping and protecting others.
Graduates can work for law practices, corrections facilities, and private investigators, as well as security, social service, and federal agencies.
Students can choose a Transfer Associate Degree or Academic Concentration.

The professors are helpful and go above and beyond to help students with get their footing and advance their career or even experience more about the field firsthand.
