Amanda has been teaching at Bellevue College since 2009. She teaches Environmental Science, Biology, Botany and Nutrition. She has M.S in Biology from the University of North Carolina where her research focused on plant conservation and ecology. She also has an M.S in Environmental Science and Policy from the Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Biology from Cornell University. Amanda has worked at the Environmental Protection Agency in the research grants office.
Amanda spends her free time running after a toddler. She makes amazing pizza from scratch.
