File a Report

This form is for use by a Campus Security Authority, as defined by the Jeanne Clery Act, to report crimes occurring on-campus, non-campus BC owned property or public property adjacent to on-campus properties.

Students and Visitors may use this form to report an accident or injury which occurred on campus.

Employees may use this form to report an accident or injury which occurred on campus.

This form is to notify Bellevue College that one of our BC community members has been tested positive for COVID-19.

Please use this form if you are concerned about a person and/or their behavior.
